​Infrastructure
Fairburn's economic development and structure is the foundation that will sustain Fairburn's success economically and environmentally. 
​
​1. As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic households faced challenges with at home learning due to areas unsupported by the expansion of broadband. Investing in expanding broadband means investing in our students education.  As a community "Situated to Succeed" an equitable infrastructure aid in our children's success. 
​2. A strong infrastructure consists of updating Fairburn's water pipelines. Consistently, Fairburn residents and businesses are affected with "low water pressure" and "boil water advisory" notices due to failing water pipelines. We must invest in a strong water/sewer system. This investment contributes to clean, safe drinking water which we use daily in our homes, schools and businesses.

​Decriminalization of Cannabis
The illegality of Cannabis disproportionately affects the poor and the marginalized while emboldening profit motives in the private sector.
​
​1. Cannabis has scientifically proven to help treat chronic pain, anxiety, depression and PTSD.
2.Cannabis is publicly traded in the stock market.
3. Decriminalizing Cannabis lowers the recidivism rate; offering second chances to non violent individuals criminally charged with possession of Cannabis.   

Clean-Safe Efficient Energy
Clean water and clean air​ are in tandem with a healthy quality of life. I support policies that protect Fairburn from environmental contaminants harmful to our community's progression today and for future generations.

1. Investing in our water/sewer system sustains Fairburn residents, schools and businesses with quality water now and generations to come.
2. Creating green spaces improves air quality. Creating bike lanes offer alternate mobility which aid in less vehicle air pollution.
